Module: The Brand and The User

Pelvarionex is a registered business entity operating within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pelvarionex regarding your access to and use of our website.

By engaging with our platform, you confirm your legal capacity to enter into this agreement and your intention to comply with all regional regulations, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

Our website serves as a digital storefront for our handbag collections. Users are expected to use the site for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the content, imagery, or trademarks found on this platform is strictly prohibited. We maintain a professional digital environment and expect our users to provide accurate information during the ordering process to facilitate successful service delivery.

Module: Logistics and Geographic Scope

Pelvarionex operates exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not facilitate international shipping or sales outside this jurisdiction. This focused approach ensures that we remain fully compliant with local trade descriptions and consumer protection laws.

Our logistics framework is designed for efficiency and transparency. The delivery timeline follows a strict schedule:

• Order Packaging and Shipping: We require 2 business days to prepare your handbag and hand it over to our logistics partners.
• Transit Phase: Once dispatched, the transit to your Hong Kong address typically takes an additional 1 to 2 business days.
• Total Estimated Arrival: You can expect your order within 3 to 4 business days from the moment of confirmation.

Please be aware that order cancellation is only possible while the item remains at our facility. Once the package is with the logistics team, the delivery must be completed. We utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. The full price is collected at your doorstep with no hidden charges, shopping costs, or additional fees added during the process.

Module: Returns, Refunds, and Compliance

In alignment with Google’s transparency requirements and Hong Kong’s consumer standards, we provide a clear 30-day return policy. This period begins on the day the item is delivered to your address. This policy is specifically reserved for instances where you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pelvarionex.com. Pelvarionex will arrange and pay for the pickup of the item; there are no costs for the customer in these specific cases. Upon arrival at our warehouse, we conduct a 24-hour inspection to evaluate the item. Following this:

1. 1.Resolution: We will first attempt to arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect handbag.
2. 2.Refund Scenarios: If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is severe, a full refund will be issued
3. 3.Process: Since we do not store your billing data due to our COD model, we will request your bank details via email.
4. 4.Timeline: Once the refund is initiated via bank transfer, it takes up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, subject to your bank’s internal policies.

We do not charge any restocking fees. However, it is important to note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind. We encourage customers to review their selections thoroughly before finalizing an order.
