Damaged or Incorrect Items Section

We take responsibility for the quality of our handbags. Under Section 16 of the Sale of Goods Ordinance, goods must be of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose. If you receive a product that is physically compromised or does not match the specific handbag you ordered, please follow these steps:

1.Notification: Email our support team at contact@pelvarionex.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
2.Collection: Once your request is processed, we will coordinate a pickup from your Hong Kong address. This service is provided at no expense to you.
3.Inspection: Upon the item reaching our facility, we conduct a professional assessment within 24 hours. We examine the condition to verify the discrepancy or damage.
4.Resolution: If the item is confirmed as eligible, we will first attempt to provide a replacement. If the specific design is unavailable or the damage is beyond a functional fix, a full refund will be authorized.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and imagery thoroughly before confirming your purchase.

Refund Timeline Section

Transparency regarding your funds is a priority. Because Pelvarionex operates through a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we do not maintain your billing records at the point of sale, ensuring your data privacy remains intact.

Information Request: If a refund is approved, our team will contact you via email to request your bank account details for a manual transfer.
Processing Period: We initiate the transfer immediately upon receiving your details.
Bank Transit: It typically takes up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration depends entirely on the internal processing speeds of your specific banking provider in Hong Kong.

We ensure that the full purchase price is returned without any deductions for shipping or administrative handling, provided the return meets our stated criteria.
