In accordance with our commitment to straightforward pricing, Pelvarionex does not apply any shipping fees. We offer free delivery on all orders within our service area. Furthermore, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means the full price of the item is collected at your doorstep. There are no hidden charges, administrative fees, or additional costs added at the time of delivery. The price listed on our website is the final amount you will pay to the courier.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation. While we do not utilize a digital tracking portal, our support team is available to provide updates on your order status. Regarding modifications, you may cancel your order at any point while the item is still being processed at our warehouse.
However, under our operational rules, once the handbag has been dispatched and is in the possession of the logistics provider, the delivery must be completed. We encourage all users to verify their delivery details and commitment to purchase before the dispatch phase begins.
